Creator Partnership Terms

Approved creators receive free Logatrade Pro access for a period agreed with Logatrade, in exchange for promoting Logatrade. No cash payment or commission is paid.

Logatrade decides which applications are approved and can end a partnership and the free access at any time.

Creators must clearly disclose the partnership in every post or video that mentions Logatrade (for example #ad or "Ad: I get free access to Logatrade"), in line with UK ASA and CMA rules.

Creators must not:

• Make misleading claims, including promising trading profits or results
• Spam, including unsolicited mass email, bulk messaging, or posting the referral link where it is not welcome
• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Bid on the "Logatrade" brand name in paid ads

These terms can change with notice by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
