Logatrade is a personal trading journal and risk-management tool. It allows you to record trades, analyse performance, review trading behaviour, and use tools such as position-size and risk calculations.
Logatrade does NOT provide:
You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and should independently verify calculations and information before using them in live trading.

All trading decisions are your own responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk, and you can lose money.
Logatrade offers free trading mistake audits, including the 7-Day Trading Mistake Audit and the Prop Firm Mistake Audit. These audits are provided free of charge and are educational in nature.
The audits do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals, and Logatrade makes no guarantee of any trading results or improved performance from participating.
Logatrade may change, suspend, or end any free audit at any time, without notice.
The first 100 people to reserve a founding member spot can subscribe to Pro at £6.99/month instead of the standard price. This price stays locked for as long as the subscription remains active without a break. If a founding member cancels and later resubscribes, the standard price applies.
Reserving a spot is free, requires no payment, and does not commit you to subscribe. Founding member pricing is personal and cannot be transferred.
When using Logatrade, you agree to:
You retain ownership of all information you enter into Logatrade, including trade records, notes, tags, and other journal content.
By using the service, you grant Logatrade only the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, and provide that content as part of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your trading data.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
Subject to legal obligations and legitimate technical and security requirements, personal data associated with a deleted account will be deleted within 30 days. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account where there are:
Logatrade is provided on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any statutory consumer rights you may have.
To the extent permitted by law, Logatrade and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, errors in calculations, downtime, or third-party service failures.
The service is currently offered free of charge. For any paid services that may be introduced in the future, any applicable liability limitations will be subject to applicable law and consumer protections.
Logatrade aims to provide accurate calculations and a reliable service, but does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
You should verify important calculations and information before relying on them for live trading.
Logatrade may rely on third-party technology and service providers for aspects of the service, including authentication, hosting, email, data infrastructure, market-data and API services, and payment providers where applicable. Logatrade is not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
The Logatrade app, including its design, code, and features, is owned by its operator and protected by copyright.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app (trades, notes, tags, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate, such as via email or an in-app notification.
Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms, subject to your applicable consumer rights under UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
