Refunds & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you keep access to Logatrade until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. Once a payment is processed, you retain access to Logatrade for the duration of that billing period (monthly or annual), regardless of when you cancel within that period.

Early adopters who subscribe at the launch price of £9.99/month keep that price for as long as they remain subscribed. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the current pricing at the time of re-subscription will apply.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
